Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate our AI receptionist services, including answering calls, booking appointments, and handling FAQs on behalf of your business.
Train and improve our AI agent specifically for your business using your provided services, pricing, hours, and FAQ information.
Process payments and manage your subscription.

3. Call Recording and Transcription
Our AI receptionist records and transcribes phone calls made to your business line through Caliber. These recordings and transcripts are:
Stored securely and accessible to you through your dashboard.
Used to provide call transcripts, analytics, and quality assurance.
Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted.
Not sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
It is your responsibility to comply with applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Many states require one-party or two-party consent for call recording. We recommend configuring your AI agent greeting to include a recording disclosure where required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Caliber:
Vapi — Voice AI infrastructure for phone call processing.
ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis technology.
Anthropic (Claude AI) — Conversation intelligence.
Cal.com — Appointment scheduling and calendar integration.
Stripe — Payment processing.
Google Workspace — Email communications.
Framer — Website hosting.
Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
